Meet the Band — Concrete Beach

From the beginning

Emerging from Fall River, Massachusetts and the wider South Coast, Concrete Beach first hit the scene as a six-piece garage band in 2019. What started as confident amateurs quickly became a band with a real reputation — releasing the debut EP Invasion and gearing up for a 2020 Battle of the Bands that Covid ultimately canceled.

Undeterred, they pushed forward: live sessions, and a full 14-track album, Give It Time (2022), recorded at Railroad Park Recording in Westport, MA. A cover entry for a Rebelution video contest was praised by the band and featured on their Instagram — earning Concrete Beach real attention and a run of shows across the South Coast, Newport, and Providence.

After the natural lineup changes that come with adulthood and family, the band settled into its current five-piece form — a smoother, more consolidated sound that gives every instrument, including Nathan's violin, room to shine.

Classically trained violinist bringing a sound rarely heard in reggae — the fiddle that catches ears and sets Concrete Beach apart.
